Mission/Vision Statement
Mirroring the commitment of The CHEST Foundation, the Ambassadors Group offers its members opportunities for participation in activities aimed at improving patient care and lung health. These activities are designed to utilize the broad range of talent and expertise of Ambassador Group members, and they include:
- Educational programs targeted to reduce tobacco addiction and improve asthma care
- Advocacy to increase resources in support of The CHEST Foundation's priority area
- Community service initiatives and special projects
- Special programs at CHEST, the ACCP annual international scientific assembly, and at ACCP/CHEST Foundation meetings and educational courses that occur around the world
- Products, such as "Stories at the End of Life"
